		<description>He&#039;s right. Humans should be eating unprocessed foods... mostly good fresh veggies, frozen if fresh not available. A little animal products is not too bad... but all meats should be very small infrequent portions. Vegetables and fruits are what we were (mostly) adapted to... meat is a more recent innovation to which our body is not fully adapted.  But we do fine as occasional omnivores...although many advocate an entirely vegan diet...</description>
