The fact that it is supposed to be a &quot;green&quot; parking structure is pretty tragic since such a paradox can only be construed as a big eff you to environmentalists. I wouldn&#039;t be surprised if their intent was simply to paint it a hideous shade of green.</description>

The intention was always to build on this land, and I see no reason to change that now.</description>
