First clue lead to the tea garden. There there was another clue there:

(and not the ol' cotton farm in his book)
The Colonel would never go to a bar.
No, he would rather fight a civil war.
This lead to Boswell lounge where the medallion was hidden in the bottom of a civil war cup.
